Oman Airports presents expertise in airport management during Saudi Arabian airports exhibition

Oman Airports and its subsidiaries TRANSOM SATS Cargo and TRANSOM Handling have concluded their participation in the Saudi Airports Exhibition, which took place from 7 – 8 November 2022.
The Saudi Airports Exhibition – which is hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – is the biggest event in airport developments in the Middle East and the world. It serves to discuss economic and commercial cooperation within the ever-growing Saudi Arabian and global airports and aviation sector. The event was attended by major international investors, manufacturers, and suppliers in the airports industry.

During the exhibition, Oman Airports introduced regional and international attendees to the company’s successful track record of operational experiences in airport management.
The event provided an important platform for hosting bilateral discussions between aviation institutions and the global supply chain to enhance the airport industry. The exhibition is also considered a global meeting point from which to build and enhance socio-economic connections and cooperations in the aviation sector.
Saudi Airports Exhibition provided a prime opportunity for Oman Airports to further align their operations with the latest trends and new services in aviation and airports management. This served to create additional opportunities for the company to conduct their strategy and achieve their objectives.

Oman Airports looks forward to expanding its network of economic cooperation in terms of managing airports, ground handling, and cargo handling operations – especially following the world’s gradual post-Covid 19 recovery. International exhibitions like this Saudi Airports Exhibition therefore provide excellent opportunities to expand cooperation among international airport stakeholders.
It is worth mentioning that the Saudi Airport Exhibition is the largest event dedicated to the development of airports, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It attracts thousands of industry officials, suppliers, investors, and global professionals – and it presented an exceptional opportunity for Oman Airports to discuss ways of economic cooperation with the rapidly growing Saudi airport sector.

The exhibition provides multiple platforms for sharing knowledge, expertise, best practices, and the latest technologies, as well as for making new partnerships. The event also provides prime opportunities for bilateral discussions between aviation CEOs and global supply chains to improve the aviation sector.
On the sidelines of the exhibition, discussions were held over two days to review the future visions of industry stakeholders and leading inventors in this sector. During the discussions, speakers shared their experiences, expectations, and views with a focus on the latest trends, technologies and challenges that will be faced by the sector in the next decade.
