Advance Maintenance Management
The Advanced Maintenance Management Custom Workshop is designed for companies desiring intrinsically motivated employees that understand the company’s vision through a common language and culture, and willingly strive to achieve it. The goal of this five-day course is to provide the individual with awareness of the maintenance management and engineering best practices. The course is a comprehensive overview reinforced by group discussions, case studies, practical exercises, and online training modules. This course is used in many facilities to till the soil and prepare the ground as the organization begins to sow the seeds of reliability and maintainability improvement. It helps to break down barriers, build a common understanding and desire, and set clear expectations for the future.
